This is a soft-bound publication in magazine format.
This guide has
proven to be quite popular.
When Cahners ran out of copies, we negotiated the rights to
reprint this this guide. It is
now available from us for $25 (USD) plus shipping
and handling. Book will be shipped Air Mail.
We
will accept payment via PayPal (PayPal accepts Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover as well as PayPal). You do not
have to be a PayPal member to use this service. You may purchase any

We will also accept purchase orders, but due to the low price for this
book, we will not be accepting purchase orders for less than 10 copies.

The PayPal page insists on your
telephone number - we don't control that form. But we have determined that
it will accept (area code) 555-1212, if you don't want to use your own
number - that's our engineering solution.
If you can't get it to work, let
us know, we'll try to fix it. For more information or for
quantity prices,
send request by e-mail to
